  I am still in line as we speak. I have been here for 20 minutes. They are focused on the drive through clients and not the walk-ins. I would never recomend this place to anyone.

  Used to be a really good dunkin a couple of years ago, but now is disgusting. The last few months, I've been served a cold stale breakfast sandwich w mold on the English muffin, a hair on one of my Donuts, and a completely unfilled Boston creme. The workers also have filthy hands w black dirt under their nails and one touched my Donuts without using parchment paper. Gross! They also had an advertisement at the drive through menu for 2 for $3 egg and cheese sandwiches and when I pulled around to pay for them they said that register didn't have it set up and said I had to pay normal price. Complete idiots. Save your money and go to the one on St pete beach instead.

  After driving 15 minutes to take advantage of the "Iced Coffee Happy Hour" for the cold-pressed coffee they advertise, I pulled to the window after ordering two iced coffees and they wanted over $5. I told them that I had been purchasing them all month and 2 iced coffees came to $2.14 and that their sign right in front said "HAPPY HOUR ICED COFFEE 3-6 pm $1". The nasty woman in the window said that she could not change the price on the register. So I asked for the manager who came and was even nastier than the woman at the window. Atrocious customer service. "The coffees are made, I have my $2.14 ready and the sign right outside advertises the coffee at this price." The manager said that the sign should have been changed and she will not give me the coffee at that price. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE on a national brand that I have experienced in a long, long time. I hope this location goes belly up and closes its doors soon or completely changes it's staff and understands the simple basics of signage that when a red flashing light calls people in at $1 a coffee - they had better be offering coffee for a dollar!!!
